Kikoku no Shou is a retelling of Apathy - Gakkou de Atta Kowai Hanashi ~Visual Novel Version~ from the 1995 timeline. It removes 6 out of the 7 stories and replaces them with new stories.

Apathy Narugamigakuen Toshidensetsu Tanteikyoku is a sidestory of the eponymous Apathy ~Narugami Gakuen Toshi Densetsu Tanteikyoku~, from the 2008 timeline, and includes the scenario あじさい園の不幸を呼ぶ女.
