The protagonist is a gullible high school student living with his sister. Doing his usual wasteful spending he finds a magazine that guarantees the ability to hypnotize people and orders it right away. After being caught by his sister wasting money again, he is forced to prove its worth. Using a magic coin he spins it, only to find out it doesn't work. In a last ditch effort he finds a random lighter in the package and eureka! his sister is hypnotized. Now he uses his new hypnotizing lighter to spice up his school life.
