Mainichi Shabutte Ii Desu ka? ~1-Heya-Manyuu Kazoku~

Protagonist is excited to finally be released from the hospital after a long stay. However, upon returning home, he finds out that his family lives in an abnormally small room and consists of six people, him being the only male, with all females having extremely large breasts. His mother explains to him that it ended up like this because of his hospital bills, but the reason he ended up in the hospital in the first place was because he accidentally touched his sister's boobs and got thrown out a window.
