Iwamori Kouya makes a living by doing work for Kagebayashi group which has a lot of influence in the suburbs of a certain metropolis.

One day, in process of achieving a task given to him he makes the daughter of a debtor, Amaya Tomoko stay in the room next to his, starting up a strange neighbor relationship with her.

As Tomoko does her best to take care of Iwamori, on his whim he either treats her very gently or forcibly plays around with her body.
