Abyss II: Tears of Emperor is a follow-up to Abyss. Like its predecessor, the game is a text adventure with graphics. The player inputs commands combined from verbs and objects. Some of the more frequent commands are mapped to the function keys. Unlike the previous game, the commands are in Japanese and must be typed with katakana syllables.
