Handsome B☆Y's ~Koisuru Kimi ni Shinuhodo Muchuu~

The player takes on the role of a transfer student returning to their childhood town. On the first day of school, they reunite with their childhood friend Sakata and are invited to become the manager of the light music club. The story unfolds as a chaotic school life romantic comedy featuring the four club members, who are voiced by the actual members of Urashimasakatasen (Uratanuki, Shima, Tonari no Sakata, and Senra).

Officially described as a "text adventure", the game features gameplay elements. It includes high-penalty choices that result in sudden Game Overs, and a unique word-spelling mini-game used during climactic story moments to progress (such as spelling "I like you" to successfully confess).
