On the day the world died, people stopped wishing for anything.

Hachi is a young man kept as a pet by one of the Armored Beasts, Galladre. He served the [Armored Beasts] of his own free will, without complaint about his hellish daily life. One night, a turning point arrives for Hachi, who had been living each day without any desires.
He is taken away from by Arival, the leader of the Resistance seeking to liberate the world, and comes to know the outside world for the first time.
And for the first time in his life—he discovers his own desires.
