Kaoru Okumoto, exorcist, teams up with childhood friend Serika Suno, and a fellow exorcist named Haruka Hatayama to deal with spirits in the hometown of Miwatarigawa-shi. This is the second volume of U.F.D.C.'s new adventure novel series.

Kaoru hears stories from Haruka of "the guarantee of going to hell" and "the ghostly becoming" on the night of a new moon. A new moon comes, and Kaoru and Serika witness a ghost attacking a dark young girl.
