Until two years ago, Kinohana Academy was an all-girls school.

There were only a few male students in the entire school in this year, and the student council consisted of only three members.

The protagonist, Mogusa Haruto, who was in charge of odd jobs, was enjoying peaceful student council activities with Konohana Saori, the spoiled and somewhat out-of-control student council president, and Iwanaga Tomomi, the shy secretary.

One day, a request letter arrived at the student council. It was a consultation about "first time having sex", and that changed everything.

"We, the student council, will answer all of your naughty questions. To do so, we will be practicing naughty acts. So, we'll need your full cooperation, Haruto."

Haruto was more flustered than ever before, and the most bewildered.
The president's hand reached out to his belt and of course, Haruto got caught up in it.

Secretary Tomomi blushed and froze.
And President Saori was surprisingly enthusiastic.

And so, the first step in student council activities, which no one could stop, was taken.
