60 years ago, the "All Humanity Distributed Computing Bill" was passed worldwide. This bill required all humans to wear special clothing that distributes pain and abilities among all humans.
When you turn 16, you can choose how much of your clothing you want to distribute. For example, if you cover your head, you will feel headaches. If you cover your legs, you will feel pain in your legs. If you cover your whole body, pain in your whole body will be distributed.
This is the story of a world where distributing pain has become commonplace.
