Hirusagari no Run-Down Apartment to Hitozuma-tachi 〜Heisa Kuukan de Kurui Ochiteiku〜

It is the early years of the Heisei era, and Takumi Nakama is the caretaker of a rundown apartment building. He has nothing to do and has failed the university entrance exam, so his parents provide him with an apartment where he can live and work.

There were two young wives in the apartment that his parents had provided for him to live and work: Akemi Ushio, a tall and active woman who was cheerful and open-minded, and Shino Kumagaya, a refined and fastidious young lady who had grown up in a well off family.

Takumi is teased, scorned, and played with by these beautiful but married women. However, confined in a closed space, these women gradually break down due to their own problems and conflicts.
