Haa Haa Telepath ~Hajimete na no ni Chou Binkan~

Main character crashes with a transfer student Mihane at the staircase, and after that he starts to hear her voice. One day he hears her calling to come to the backyard, and that encounter makes them lovers. He decides to try his acquired knowledge on other girls as well.
