Shokuma Gaiden 4 ~Miko Hobaku Hen~

Ayame is a shrine maiden and exorcist. She senses the presence of a demon, and heads for a deserted house outside of town.
There she finds a pair of sisters in captivity, who are being sexually violated.
Ayame challenges the demon in order to free the sisters, but she is captured herself and subjected to sexual abuse.
