Jun'ya used to be a military pilot. One day, he was ordered to intercept enemy aircraft but found only a civilian plane. He reported back to the base, but was ordered to shoot it down regardless.

The incident blew up in the media, and the military used Jun'ya as a scapegoat, forcing him to resign.

Several years later, a survivor of the plane crash is found. A girl named Cynthia, raised by wolves ever since. When Jun'ya learns of this, he attempts to save the girl who has lost her humanity and memory.
