This installment depicts the continuation of the stories from each route in the first entry of the series, Red Spider: Vengeance.
● Luk Route
Yvet has come to Macau with Luk to track down Shing, the target of her vengeance. However, they soon find themselves caught in the crossfire between a journalist—who holds a scandal involving government officials and is being pursued by the Public Security Bureau—and the CIA, who are attempting to protect him.
● Shawn Route
Though Shawn and Yvet have started a relationship, their days are filled with constant missed connections due to their respective jobs. Feeling inferior because he is only ever trusted with safe assignments—unlike his brother, who handles dangerous missions—Shawn finally decides to break up with Yvet, but...
● Dog Head Route
Hong Kong is shaken by the Umbrella Movement. Johnny encounters university students Lam Lam and Yau Tsi-chi at the site of the protests and gradually begins to open up to them. Meanwhile, a customer warns a hostess at The Amaryllis Nightclub to stay away from Temple Street that weekend, and shortly after, an explosion occurs there. This marks the beginning of a massive conspiracy.
● Lai Route
Lam Lam visits Lai’s detective agency to consult with Yvet. She asks for an introduction to an anonymous psychic she saw in a magazine, believing that the spirit of her friend’s recently deceased grandmother is haunting her. Yvet gladly agrees to mediate, but the situation takes an unexpected turn.
● The Ghost Route
To counter the expansion of the Rakshasa party—a mainland Chinese criminal organization—into Hong Kong, Zhang Lei proposes that Yvet form an alliance between the Over Heaven Society, the Hung Hing Society, and The Red Flower Society. Just as Yvet attempts to coordinate the effort, the police suddenly appear and arrest her and The Ghost on charges of murder.
● Francis Route
On her way home from a funeral, Yvet is involved in an accident and falls into a month-long coma. Upon waking, she is targeted by an assassin. It is revealed that Chu Yu-chien, the Secretary for Security and the stepfather of Lau Ming Wa, ordered her assassination. The battle between The Red Flower Society and the assassination organization "The Web" begins. What will be Yvet’s fate?
