In a not too distant future, a new race is born due to a sudden genetic mutation: beastmen. Before anyone realizes it, the Earth's population undergoes a drastic change. More than half of the planet's inhabitants are now beastmen, while humans become a race scarce in numbers.

The protagonist, bullied during middle school simply for being human, decides to enrol in a highschool full of beastmen so as to change and grow as a person. There, by chance, he ends up joining the "Baka Club".

The club's activities' goal: to bring happiness to everyone by fooling around. What will our protagonist think of this new everyday?
