Paradise Paradox

Protagonist is a punk rock musician who was in a band with his girlfriend Mayumi, but the band broke up because they weren't very good. He then discovers he has the ability to create a small timewarp when he orgasms. This draws the attention of a "Dimensional Investigator", but her dimension-traveling device breaks down, stranding her on Earth, and then more girls and enemies begin appearing.
