Houchou-san no Uwasa

I am a knife. I can kill anyone if there is a call for it. But instead I'm only used at the kitchen. In the past I was a kami, and parents were scaring children with my name if kids behaved bad.
Now I am one of the urban legends at school. Call me, and I shall answer the call.
