Kikai no Gokan

Main character awakens with amnesia in a room with machines and a man in a white coat. Another main in the neighboring room announces that this is his research institute for artificial intelligence. But current is totally different - it's about mounting human brain on an android and observing how it fares with controlling the machine. And protagonist is the first successful android with cloned human brain implanted.
