Kamishina Kotetsu♀
守志那 虎徹
Description
An officer, assigned to the second division of the Special Riot Police, and a subordinate of Ayato. It hasn't been long since she was assigned to a second division, but she has now reached the point where she can no longer be considered a rookie. In the past, she had been targeted by criminal organizations because of her high potential for Special Power, but was saved by Ayato. After she was taken into custody, she completed a Home Ministry Special Holders Assistance Research Office training course and was sent to the second division. She is a kind, lively, and active girl who gives a cool impression during battles but is actually a considerate person. It is she who cheers up the second division.
Kotetsu expresses her emotions openly, respects the protagonist and is drawn to his strength. She also made a peer friend, rookie Tachibana Isana, and was able to enjoy the joys of youth like any other girl. She presents herself to her as a senior, but from the outside, it is often difficult to tell who is a senior.
As a Special Holder, she has a power of controlling a wind. It has a high versality: she apply it to a sword attacks, use vacuum caused by whirlwinds to cut enemies from the distance, rise her speed by a wind, soften an impacts, mitigate a damage and use it in other ways.
