The former student council president, she's the cause of Tomohiro's problems.
When she was student council president, her charisma earned her fans even in other schools, let alone their own.
But she has a twisted personality, having fired all the other council members.
In her eyes, the student council presidency was just one of the life experiences that she draws upon to use in her works as a professional novelist.
She's annoyed that people make history jokes about her surname Kamakura, but she keeps that a secret.
