A girl who emerged from a smartphone game the protagonist plays (the name of the game being "Motto Oppai Ero Mahou Gakuen Ex ~Impregnate the Magic Girls~" or otherwise abbreviated as "Pai-Otsu"). She had run into the protagonist by chance at the Pineapple Store when there happened to be a dimensional distortion. She is the one that gave him the mysterious erotic cellphone.

Personality-wise, she's unobtrusive and apathetic for details. She is an open-world character that follows her own pace. She is able to properly talk to an enthusiastic the protagonist about things like games, manga, and anime because she herself is from a game. As soon as something inconvenient occurs, she will blame it on "management". When demonstrating her abilities or going out on quests, she'll occasionally show her clumsy nature.

She is the protagonist's favorite character in the game. He always equips her with erotic clothing when taking her on quests, which leads to her exclaiming meta and quirky statements. She calls him "Master" when in the game. Riria came to his world to meet him due to how much he cares for her in the game. This was able to happen due to their mutual desires synchronizing.

In Toaru Girls Academy, where the protagonist is attending, she joined the Extreme Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. Her Psychokinetits is [Teleport (Instant Movement)]. When she uses it, her underwear does not teleport with her. To combat this issue, she typically puts a bandage on her crotch -- the bandage doesn't disappear when she teleports because it's not underwear. She also has the ability to move back and forth between the world of her game (Yggdrasil) and the protagonist's world.
