"The rain of love that cleanses impurities!!"
She is the senior of Nao and his friends at the magic academy, the representative of the academy board of directors and the world's first magical girl, as well as the strongest magical girl.
She is extremely calm, and she faces everyone with kindness and sincerity. With a small physique and a dignified beauty, she possesses a unique charisma. She is always serious, which can sometimes make her seem a bit absent-minded.
In addition to her outstanding ability, Kotetsu has trained since childhood, and has rich practical experience, so she has the actual ability to back up the title of the "strongest magical girl". She saved Nao and Mai during a past magical disaster and is an object of admiration.
Her artifact was directly created by her father, and despite being an early model, it still has the strongest ability. Therefore, her Gear is also called the "Original Gear".
