Description
A refined lady and a member of the Kyougetsu clan. This clan is famous for its members' ability to bring misfortunes. They have a big distortion and have a phenomenon of "Reverse Wind". "Reverse Wind" means that if one member of the clan brings a misfortune, the other one will die from the misfortune. She lives in a village which cannot be left easily due to the barrier of Mikado with her brother, Kyougetsu Keishirou. She has the highest known distortion level in the entire Shinshuu. Because of how feared she was, she spent most of her time at home, and her life would have been a lot more dull if she hadn't had her caring brother. (spoiler hidden)
Sakuya persuaded her brother to take her on the Eastern Expedition. The reason for this was not just a wish to walk freely, but also a desire to discover the source of the curse that bound the Kyougetsu clan—the garden of the bloody red roses that appear in their dreams.
