Sonoda Yuri♀
園田 百合
Description
[Stepdaughter of the Foundation's CEO]
She is the stepdaughter of the second wife of Sonoda Koichiro, CEO of the Sonoda zaibatsu.
She is a female student at Kurasaki Academy and serves as the student council president.
She is highly regarded as an expert by those around her due to her quick thinking, which is unusual for a student.
Her biological mother was insulted by the Sonoda family, who called her "only after their fortune," and died of the stress.
Because of this, she dislikes the Sonoda family, but she is deeply in love with her father, who treated her like his own child and raised her.
When Koichiro falls into a critical condition, she is made to temporarily become acting CEO by the Sonoda family's selfish plan.
She did not want to get involved in the troublesome turmoil of the Sonoda family, but she changed her mind because she did not want the Sonoda family to use her father's zaibatsu.
She tactfully begins the selection of a successor, saying, "If there is a more suitable successor than me, I will leave the CEO position to him."
While she respects Akira, who has become a candidate for succession, she also sees him as a threat.
As they continue to interact, she falls into a trap and ends up trusting Akira.
Her trust develops into affection, but in the end, Akira betrays her.
