Takahata Chiharu♀

Chiharu is a second-year student and the new president of the student council. She is also Yumi's best friend, who is her classmate just like Ichio and Seiji. Serious at first sight, she is actually quite clumsy and puffy. She always smiles and is always kind to everyone, even to the "problem childrens" (Ichio and Ayano) to Yumi's greatest despair, who often finds her asleep in the boardroom.

She takes advice from Tomoko-senpai, who is the former president of the student council, and they have decided to ask Ichio for help in preparing the school's Christmas party together, choosing the school's former chapel as the "operations centre".

Chiharu quickly loses control of her emotions when her embarrassment is at its peak and she has developed the habit of locking herself in the lockers at these times to regain her senses.

She is a great lover of amusement parks and despite her great shyness, she knows how to take the lead when she absolutely wants to get something.
