Rinn Sumikaze♀

She doesn't speak (This is due to the rules of her department. It is absolutely not due to any physical disability.) Therefore, she always carries Japanese paper and a brush, using them to communicate with others. She has good motor skills, but can be quite a bit of a goofball.
