Houetsu♀
彭越
Description
「One who is everywhere and rules everything under the heavens. That’s what it means to be『King』, right? 」
She is a freeloader under Kouu's care, with a large gang of thieves capable of rivaling an army. A worldly woman.
Her academic language and calm demeanor may deceive, but she conceals her aggressive nature as the leader of a ring of thieves.
Following the conflict between Kouu and Ryuuhou, she went neutral, assisting Ryuuhou, who was clearly vanquished, in maintaining the balance between the two armies and strengthening the might of her own army behind the scenes.
